First Impression

First and foremost, the customer service team has been very responsive and helpful. I had a bit of trouble with the web order and they assisted and resolved it for me.
The bag has arrived and it seems to be very well made. I have to say 5 stars for my first impression.
Hopefully it holds up to my very active 11 year old boy.

Love the large wheels and the middle section is moulded and does not collapse. Easy to use.

Backpack killer!

I bought a rolloko for my kids because they had to carry too much weight on their back. They were always complaining about how heavy it was, but with the rolloko it's a cinch to pull behind them and they are not hurting their backs anymore. I like that you can load up to 40 pounds, because some stuff I want my kids to carry is heavy

My kids have been asking for a roller bag and I was looking for something that could handle their needs. I didn't want them to have to carry a heavy thing on their back all the time. The rolloko is perfect - it has wheels and is easy to roll, not too heavy, and doesn't hurt my kids backs like their backpack did. It's really great

I am so impressed with this bag! I've been looking for a rolling bag for my kids that would be light, easy to wheel, and not hurt their backs like their backpack. My son and daughter are fighting over who gets to use it next!
